Five questions, answered plainly

What new shareholders ask most. Each answer names the disclosure it comes from.

01 How do I buy AAL on the ASX?

Through any broker with ASX access, under the code AAL.

Alfabs Australia Limited trades on the Australian Securities Exchange as AAL. There is no secondary listing on any other exchange. A CHESS-sponsored broker holds the shares under your own Holder Identification Number, which keeps the holding in your name on the register. A custodial broker holds them on your behalf, which is usually cheaper and one step further removed.

02 How is Alfabs capitalised?

Equity plus bank debt, with the founding family holding the majority.

The group listed in June 2024 following a restructure and remains founder led, with the family holding a majority of the shares on issue. Phase 1 of the debt refinancing completed during Q4 FY26. The capital structure as at 30 June 2026:

03 When does the dividend come back?

No date has been given. A leverage milestone has.

Alfabs paid a maiden dividend in February 2025 and subsequently suspended distributions while the group refinanced and restructured. At the Investor Day on 11 June 2026 the Board set out the condition for reconsidering distributions: net debt below 2x EBITDA, which the company said it was targeting for the second half of FY27. Net debt has moved from A$38.9M at 31 March 2026 to A$36.6M at 30 June 2026.

This is a forward-looking statement. It reflects the Board's expectations at the date of the disclosures cited, and the assumptions behind it are set out in the FY25 Annual Report and the 11 June 2026 Investor Day presentation. Actual outcomes may differ. No commitment to pay a dividend has been made and none should be inferred. 04 I already hold AAL. Where do I change my details?

At the share registry, not here. Which route depends on how you hold.

Alfabs does not hold or maintain the register. Computershare Investor Services does. What you can do depends on whether your holding is broker sponsored or issuer sponsored, and the identifier on your statement tells you which:

HIN

Starts with X. CHESS sponsored, held through your broker.

Address and bank detail changes go through your broker, not the registry.

SRN

Starts with I. Issuer sponsored, held directly on the register.

Changes go to Computershare, using your SRN and registered postcode.

The registry handles address changes, bank and payment instructions, annual report elections, tax file number or ABN notification, communication preferences, and lost holding statements. Your HIN or SRN is printed on any holding statement or dividend advice.

Overseas holders verify with their country rather than a postcode. Alfabs cannot look up or change a holding on your behalf.

05 Who can I talk to at the company?

Investor relations, through the form in the next section.

Questions about the company go to investor relations. They arrive in the Diolog workspace that runs this hub, so the question and the answer stay with the rest of the record. Answers can only draw on material already released to the market. If a question would require disclosing something that has not been released, Alfabs will say so rather than answer it, because Listing Rule 15.7 does not permit selective release.

§ 07

Ask investor relations

Questions arrive in the Diolog workspace, are answered by the Alfabs IR team, and are kept with the rest of the record.
